What steps are you taking to speak directly to your target audience? Promoting your services and products to a general market is one thing, but localizing content for a specific ethnic group, using that group’s native language, meaningful visuals, and music that appeals to that segment, can generate new business opportunities. The Seattle-based law firm Schroeter, Goldmark & Bender tapped DDR Global to produce a video spot highlighting its free, bilingual clinic at Centro de la Raza, where SGB lawyers volunteer legal consulting to families in need. This Spanish-language video not only helped SGB promote its legal services, it also built confidence and trust between SGB lawyers and the Latinx community.
